Miss Yael Weinberg is an old pen pal of Beebee. One day, she dropped by, and pleased one secretly admiring fan Tagger! Thus, it is possible she the founder of Bitty Pretty Ponies, which she had thought such a model line was cancelled. Albeit, Tagger proved her wrong in requesting an autograph, making it a double-surprise.

Yael's appearance is a cameo.
