Powder

Powder is the Todd family's pet cat. Physically, he's a small white cat. Other than that, he's can get into whatever mischief is normal for a kitten.
Powder was kept by Tuck Todd from a litter dropped by Miss Whiskers, a stray Nip Todd took in.
