Charles

Mr. Charles (his last name) is a councelor at the summer camp in the webcomic Camp Calomine. Having been a camper under the previous owner, he dislikes the agendas being pushed by the new management. The other staff don't like him much either, and have filed repeated complaints against him.

Despite the camp's new "policies", Charles has provided the campers assigned him with care and discipline in addition to an honest learning experience. They've also had a great deal of fun, which probably annoys the other staff more than anything. (That the kids are enjoying what Charles is showing them, not the fact that they're having fun.)
