Boss Beaver

Boss Beaver was the so-called dread authority figure for a manager at Bullseye Department Store in the Under the Lemon Tree comic series. He can be quite rowdy, intimidating, and socially abrasive on the job, like any perfectionist employer. He even didn't care of any outside life besides work. However, he wouldn't be all-bad, being a proud uncle to his niece Merry, as work may have proven some quality time for the two, including talking about Merry's relationship with Rico!

He is also a bit intimidated by Beltane, due to the fact that she has the number of the ACLU on speed-dial on her cellular phone.

Unconfirmed Information

In the pre-retcon version of the webcomic, called Under the Lemon Tree, certain facts were stated that have not so far been repeated, changed, or made irrelevant in the currently posted version. These include:

Merry is his niece.
He loudly objected to Lily running to visit Ben after finding out he had gotten mugged, and was nearly given a heart attack at Lily's roaring response!
